CADRON specializes in the field of aerospace applications, including military and civilian aircraft.

We made an iMachining 3D benchmark, cutting deep in an Aluminum part.

 

CNC Machine :  YCM (FANUC)

Material : 2024 T351 Aluminum

Depth of cut : 40 mm

Tool : End mill, diameter 12, teeth 3  ( Iscar )

Cutting time customer : 63 minutes 

 

iMachining cutting parameters : level 6  (no turbo)

Cutting time iMachining 3D : 28 minutes   

 

Saving by iMachining: 56 % in Aluminum
